Pool is dirty. Food is expensive and not that good. Room is ok (maybe, if you don’t have high standards) Front desk staff is kind and helpful. Parking lot is very uncomfortable. Lobby coffee is hideous.The street is very busy and the room does not help to reduce the noise, so there is a chance you are going to be awaken in the middle of the night by a bus or something.Pool is dirty. If you are a salesman going to Laredo, nothing very wrong for a quick night. I was in Monterrey for business for 3 days. This has to be the smallest room that I have ever bee to in the Best Western group, We stayed two adults and two children and we barely fit in it. Other than that we have a good experience overall during our stay.
