220 rooms are located on 17 storeys and can be reached by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock.     The cleaning of the room is poor

    This is the first time that I do have complains about this hotel and that is a shame.First I found something in the first room assigned, then they offered me another one, so I moved another room but for my surprise... There was a lot of hair on the bathroom floor and the shower, next to the bed a Coffe mate wrapper.It's a shame because even though the hotel is old, it's nice and they have good service and food.I have the pics but I won't upload them as it's not nice Safi Royal Luxury , Propietario at Safi Royal Luxury Valle, responded to this review On behalf of Hotel SAFI ROYAL LUXURY, we offer our most sincere apologies for the inconvenience that occurred.     After our family’s recent stay at the Safi Royal Luxury Valle, we are truly confused by the reviews criticizing the staff and service and are baffled by the fact that this property is not rated higher! There were numerous staff at the door, front desk and restaurant and we never waited more than a few moments for friendly assistance in both English and Spanish!Upon arriving in our room, we found it to be very warm. We flagged down a housekeeper who could not fix the problem, but she must have notified the front desk because within 5 minutes, a manager and a maintenance person arrived. The silly issue was that our blinds had been left open, allowing the room to get very warm, but the problem was easily solved, and the room remained pleasantly cool the rest of our stay.One morning I dialed “0” to tell them that I had an item to be laundered. Again, less than 5 minutes later, a friendly lady knocked on our door to pick up the item that was returned cleaned by that evening.Twice we ate the hotel’s buffet. Lovely salad bar, several main entrees and the dessert spread was impressive! Again, EXCELLENT service, constantly removing our dirty plates and brining beverages with a smile!We also utilized room service twice, and the food was very delicious! SO MANY options and 24 hours a day!!! Honestly, there are more options on the room service menu than the buffet. And lest we forget about the fitness center (very big with several treadmills with TVs!) and the POOL! OH MY! Lovely spot, plenty of sun loungers (though, thankfully not in direct sunlight all day!) and the waterfall/slide provided lovely ambiance to just relax.Lastly, the location is ideal! VERY safe area with a HUGE mall across the street with many shops our teenager girls had never seen, as well as a more upscale mall attached. Our teens went shopping at the mall across the street several times during our stay. Between both malls, there are plenty of other fun things to do (movie theaters, escape rooms, arcades, golf simulators, you name it!)The ONLY thing that we missed having was a bar with bar stools. Yes, there is a bar and plenty of servers to bring you drinks wherever you are, but as social folks, we would have loved to have a bar to sit at and chat with other travelers.
