Mixed review. Friendly restaurant staff. Pool area was nice. No hot water daily unless you shower around 10 pm. Cool showers otherwise.Barely any towels provided in the room. The goodThe rooms are nice and clean for the price. It took 50 minutes to pick me up at the Airport Terminal. Terrible experience

Once I was outside the terminal with my luggage I called the hotel to see if the pick up service was available. The lobby assistant told me that it was available and it will take 10 to 15 minutes to pick me up. After 30 minutes I called again, and the told me that they drove by and nobody was there, but the shuttle was on the way. Terrible experience that left us with food poisoning

We stayed 1 night in this hotel on the 15th October with our 2 dogs, before flying the next day to Mexico City. The room itself was okay apart from the very uncomfortable hard pillows.we ordered room service due to having the dogs and not being able to take them to a restaurant. The food was cold, I had two bites of my cheese tacos with rice and it was disgusting. It smelt like must cows.
