The staff at this hotel was very nice and always responded quickly to our requests. There is nothing else positive to say about this lodging. The rooms are equipped with a small kitchenette. An excellent place for the price.
Safe, Clean, Comfortable. It feels like an old Spanish Inn. They actually have a nice elevator so you don't have to use stairs. The room was large. On a recommendation from a friend who lives in Mexico City, we booked a very nice junior suite via Hotels.com into L'Heritage Tennyson but, on arrival, they told us that they were full and shipped us off to the Royal Colonial. They charged us the same rate for a much-inferior hotel.
