Terrible hotel. Do not stay here. The refrigerator had food in it. The pillow case and sheets had hair on them. The room had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. I contacted the front desk. It took several hours for them to send someone to clean it. The room was hot. The a/c was not working. I asked for a different room. Affordable, Clean, Well Located Hotel
The Hotel is very clean and well located. The employees are really nice and friendly. Security guard is at the entrance of the hotel at all time even though is a safe area. Breakfast really good and tasty ?? ..hotel is close to the Venezuelan Embassy and to the DHL Store...Hotel is not a 5 star hotel, but it is more clean than most of these well known hotels...I was very pleased ??The Hotel is very clean and well located. This is the best place I found in Polanco. I stayed for 5 night and the hotel, location and stuff were all great. Ambrosio is the best doorman you could get and his friendliness made me decide to write a review, which I usually do not do.... Wow what a great hotel! This is the best hotel in Mexico! From the moment we arrived we felt welcome thanks to Victor,Jessica,Angelica and Pilar! They went above and beyond to make us feel at home!
