Do not book this property it is a scam, note that this property does not appear on Wyndham website necessitating you having to book through a third party (in my case, Expedia). The night before I was arriving they messaged me and relocated me involuntarily to Wyndam Polanco which is in a noisy neighborhood with constant traffic noise making it impossible to sleep. The hosts were incredibly honest and welcoming by sharing their favorite food spots in the area. The water was always hot, and the towels were fresh and clean. The included breakfast was a nice way to start the day. The Location is in quite street. But minutes walk from Reforma and Anguel de la Independence. Lots of great dining also minutes walk. The location is very safe. The room was clean and all you need. But most importantly the staff is very friendly and helpful. We need help with COVID test and tours and was able to accommodate both. Above and beyond staff.
