  Our experience was fantastic. From check-in to check-out, a week later. We were on one of the top floors. The view of the city is beautiful. Traffic noise was minimal. Cleaning of the room was not every day, but if we needed something. The staff quickly responded. I recommend this hotel. Close to restaurants, shopping, and the bus line.   The place was nice, comfortable, and clean.The location in one of the best areas of Mexico City, is great if you like walking or riding a bike, Skipping traffic.The fact that it’s just in front of Insurgentes Av, makes it noisy, especially when trying to get some sleep.   We used the concierge frequently during our visit. Everyone including Heriberto was incredibly helpful. They helped us with booking tours, getting taxis and recommending restaurants.
