  Our experience was fantastic. From check-in to check-out, a week later. We were on one of the top floors. The view of the city is beautiful. Traffic noise was minimal. Cleaning of the room was not every day, but if we needed something. The staff quickly responded. I recommend this hotel. Close to restaurants, shopping, and the bus line.   Good time in Mexico City.

  The place was nice, comfortable, and clean.The location in one of the best areas of Mexico City, is great if you like walking or riding a bike, Skipping traffic.The fact that it’s just in front of Insurgentes Av, makes it noisy, especially when trying to get some sleep. For some people may be not a problem. Breakfast buffet was okay with good variety of foods. Waiters always kind and friendly. Glad they have cab secure services from the hotel to different places, including to the airport helps a lot.   - Bed is too soft.- I would appreciate if the hotel can provide water to the room.- Food is great.- The staff were friendly and helpful.- Room was clean.- Wifi is fast.- Great location.- Staff were friendly and helpful.- Air conditioning worked well.- Check-in was smooth.- Bathroom could be better lit.- Quiet at night, which was nice.- TV had limited channels.- Would like more power outlets.   We used the concierge frequently during our visit. Everyone including Heriberto was incredibly helpful. They helped us with booking tours, getting taxis and recommending restaurants. Hotel was very clean and everyone was great! I would highly recommend this hotel.
