The premises are gorgeous! The renovations improved the comfortability of the venue including the rooms.The best part is the delicious all-you can eat breakfast and the fantastic service provided by Montserrat and the music performed by Fernando provided the best ambiance! Least one bad experience for every day in this hotel. The stuff promise everything and then do nothing.

The hotel staff is terrible. There’s no refrigerator in the room, so we requested one. They brought one, but it broke the next day. We reported it, but they did nothing, so everything inside spoiled. They promised to reimburse the damage, but they never did.For two weeks there was no proper water pressure in the bathroom.
