The customer service was incredible, the hotel is a bit old but well taken care of. The rooms were pretty clean. And the part that I absolutely loved is the decoration it felt so cozy and it had a lot of history from the 1900s as it has also a historic museum within the hotel. The hotel had class and the vibe in general was amazing. Room water brown. Most staff difficult to work with as they dont care. Wont give receipts for payments and staff gives two different instructions. Also locks doors at night and have to fight just to enter premise. Really unsafe behaviour for guests.
