Excellent customer service. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. Rooms are spacious and bed is soft. Slept like a baby. My husband and I were here for 8 day’s. Hotel is located near Alameda park. Do not book this place unless you don’t care about throwing your money away. I originally reserved through Booking.com and checked in from Feb 11 to the 14th. I was feeling sick so I changed my flight to return home to USA on the 12th. No one wants to be sick in a foreign country! I called the front desk to ask for a refund for unused nights.
