Friendly door guys and the location is fantastic. Although I took Uber the public bus stops right in front. Plus it's not too far far the airport. If you need a hotel with great value then Benidorm it is. It's a not a 5 star but I'd stay there again. The only complaint I have is the pizza from the restaurant below. The hotel was great form the Check In to the check out, friendly staff, great rooms , great food at the bfast buffet and lunch buffet, rooms are clean and spacy and just have been renovated.
