  Awful plumbing noise all night long and the room felt unclean. There was a big stain on the carpet in front of my bed. The top white (yellowed and stained) bedspread was never changed or washed during my one week stay and I doubt between guests. The shower head was mouldy and there were never enough towels since the design of the shower gets so much of the bathroom floor wet.   Great stays for almost two years!

  For almost two years I have been staying at this hotel. Centrally it is in a good place. It's within walking distance to a greak bakery across the street, a coffee shop half a block, an Oxxo one block and some good restaurants all within walking distance.   Apartments very basic but nothing to complain. Breakfast was served-type when you have to choose - eggs, cereals or pancakes. Personnel speaks English a little. Hotel surroundings were dissapointing but to be on the bright side it’s in a walking distance from fashion streets and restaurants.   When we got there, the staff seemed uninspired to receive us. We had to almost have an argument to get the breakfast that was included in our booking. The bathroom wasn't particularly clean. Hair in the shower and soap stains everywhere. They alao have a policy that they clean your room within 6pm, so when we got back in the late afternoon our room was still not being cleaned.
