Wonderful boutique hotel in Polanco
We had a wonderful experience at Habita Hotel. We loved the rooms, lobby, restaurant, pool area, and upper rooftop fireplace. The location was an excellent home base for exploring Polanco and the rest of Mexico City. The best part was the staff who really made us feel at home here. Everyone treated us with the utmost kindness and respect, and were there to meet every request with a smile. Thank yo… We had a wonderful experience at Habita Hotel. Bang average in almost all ways. Rooms are large, but that’s about the only good thing here. Low quality, very outdated decorations, poor lighting. Staff are friendly but I found them to be incompetent, very poor communication. Also, not cheapBang average in almost all ways. Rooms are large, but that’s about the only good thing here. The hotel is run-down — let me give you some examples. The sauna wasn’t working, the iron didn’t work when I tried to press my shirt, and it’s impossible to link the TV with your phone. Worst of all, they pretend not to understand and deliberately avoid adding your Marriott Bonvoy number to the reservation so you don’t get the points — something I’m still chasing! The hotel is run-down — let me give you some examples. HORRIBLE Properties - ALL HABITAT
Horrible Experience! I’m an Marriott Ambassador and chose this hotel because it was close to the restaurants and meetings in Polanco. When our group arrived close toMidnight very tired from a long day of travel, we were checked in and never told that the rooms did not have working AC. When we entered our rooms, we were met with floor fans and open windows. When I returned to the reception, I asked… Horrible Experience! Excellent stay
The hotel stay was excellent. We were warmly greeted and offered good tequila upon check in! The room was “modern” Mexican—firm bed, walk in shower, small balcony which allowed fresh air. The small restaurant/bar on the street level had a nice European breakfast buffet —with an option for hot dishes. We had a light dinner after a full day and it was perfect. I would stay again. Good customer servi… The hotel stay was excellent. We were warmly greeted and offered good tequila upon check in!
