Poor Housekeeping Management and Rude Front Desk Staff
Extremely disappointing experience at Exe Cities Reforma.I returned to my room around 2 PM and found that it had not been cleaned. Nice Quiet Safe Hotel
Nice quiet hotel in the busy Reforma Norte of CDMX. Located off a quiet side street. The staff are great, very accounting, since the rooms do not have fridges they store my milk in the small on-site restaurant.Nice quiet hotel in the busy Reforma Norte of CDMX. Building is four storeys with ten or so rooms on each floor, some of which are half the size listed in the description. The keylock to the door never worked. It was broken, they failed to fix it. The door was unlocked one entire night, another time I was locked out. The extent to which maintenance has… This place claims to be a 4-Star Hotel?
