Poor service at front desk... Poorly managed hotel...
Personnel at front not very cordial and can be lazy... especially the young guy with round glasses; they need to be supervised and coached on what it means to give good customer service. Poorly managed hotel… El personal poco amable, especialmente el joven moreno de lentes con armazón redondo que no quiere ni levantar un dedo para dar servicio. ¿Dónde está la gerencia? Fine, bring White Noise, though
Everything was fine, except the loud music until 4:AM. We overcame it with the HVAC fan, the bathroom exhaust fan and white noise from our phone. We sleep during the summer with a fan, so that’s not a problem at all. The room was nice, if dark, since there is only the one window, but it has to be closed because of the noise anyway. Pros: -Near an active block/ area, of if that what you’re looking for, it works. -It’s a suite - a living room and bedroom. - mini fridge and microwave Cons:- Wifi is a joke. Goes in and out constantly. It sucks for phones, and near impossible for actually doing work or work calls on a laptop.
