Beautiful experience
My wife and I stayed at the hotel a few days ago and it was an awesome experience. It’s a smaller place, but it has such a cool vibe.The entire staff was super attentive, and the food was delicious. THEFT. Gross violation of lodging contract. Happened to Marriott Titanium member.
This hotel was a 5/5 until I checked out. That's when the problems started and they have yet to be resolved three months later. I had to check out a couple of days early and the hotel decided to penalize me an extra night which they didn't tell me about during checkout. Then they RETROACTIVELY INCREASED THE RATES on nights I had already completed. They were quite rude when I checked out early and… This hotel was a 5/5 until I checked out. Great location, room with a few quirks
Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this unique hotel that used to be a bank. A few things to note:1. Many rooms do not have a window - this I actually liked as it was nice and dark, making it easy to sleep2. The beds are VERY firm - not sure if this is just this hotel or if this is standard for Mexico3. The bathrooms do not have walls that reach entirely to the ceiling. Disappointed, would not stay here again
We stayed here for 2 nights during a quick trip to Mexico City. The hotel is very dark inside. Our room had no windows, except for 2 panels that opened from the entry door. Rooms are very small with no place to put suitcases. It had the feeling of a dorm room. The rooftop area is nice and the staff are very kind.
