A 5star hotel in the premium neighborhood of Mexico City. We felt 100% safe in the Polanco area and walked on foot late in the evenings and early mornings. Not speaking Spanish was a bit of a disadvantage, but most of the business owners in the area were either fluent or we could get by with English and hand gestures. I was very impressed at the overall stay. The pool was wonderfully warm, location was very easy to access and quick to get about any parts of town. I felt safe the entire time and I really enjoyed the property. It had a very luxury feel, the lobby smelled nice and the staff was wonderful. The location of this hotel is great, walking distance from business district of Reforma and restaurants and shops in Polanco. The hotel is in desperately need of a remodel; carpet in the hallways and rooms is old and dirty. Gym is very small for the number of guests, and in the mornings you will likely have to wait to use any equipment or even the free weights area.Staff is very attentive and help… The location of this hotel is great, walking distance from business district of Reforma and restaurants and shops in Polanco.
