Check in was quick and easy. The room was very spacious and clean. Kitchenette area is a big plus! My room was clean. Air conditioner was ice cold. Hotel is very secure. The only bad thing is the parking! The parking area is very small and tight. If you are driving a big truck or SUV it might be a challenge at night. Terrible experience. Not at all as expected for what was advertised. No utensils for the cooktop. No ice in the freezer, two coat hangers, plugged sink, dirty floors throughout. Bilingual? The title says it all.. Check-in process was slow with 3 employees behind the counter and only 1 helping guests. The young man who checked us in was in a bad mood and had a bad attitude.
