We had a lovely week. The staff were super accommodating. The location is great, one and a half blocks from the Plaza, but quiet. Beds were super comfortable. We had two rooms in the front section which appears to be the oldest. They were pretty tired and in need of upgrading. My room was fine but really dated, my friend's room was musty, bathroom ceiling moldy, shower pressure bad. No safe in her… We had a lovely week. The staff were super accommodating. Delightful historical accommodation dating back to a Convent 400 years ago. Wonderful trip back in time and although the room was showing it's age , we loved it. Perfect Unique and Charming Hotel

We were extremely happy with our stay at this property. The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was very clean and the rooms were comfortable. The pool area was peaceful and a good place to hang out in the afternoon when it would get too hot to tour the city. Although appearing charming this hotel and staff fell far below expectations Upon arrival we noticed that , when showering , watered oozed through the wall to the adjacent bedroom - to clean the water from the floor we needed to slightly move the bedside table - the wall was moist from previous leaks and the was a patch of different coloured moulds growing on the wall - hidden by the bedside table… Although appearing charming this hotel and staff fell far below expectations Upon arrival we noticed that , when showering , watered oozed through the wall to the adjacent bedroom - to clean the water from the floor we needed to slightly move the bedside table…
