The location is good. A 15-minute walk to the town. The rooms are ok. No fridge, coffee machine, or safe. The toilets are filthy. Breakfast is a joke with limited quantity & service. Spent one night here as part of a tour. After an excellent day it was very disappointing to arrive at this hotel. Air conditioning unit is old and very noisy. Three sockets to recharge phones, cameras, and I-pad, but only the plug in the bathroom worked. New tiles in shower, but soap dish and door rim were very dirty. Pretty good hotel within 10 minutes of walking distance to center of Merida.+Nice and clean rooms.+Nice view of Merida from the top floor which everyone can access.-No safe box in the room. You can store items in the reception safe box area, but they are not big enough for a laptop or headphones.-Poof wifi. The staff is very kind, the hotel is really good, not the newest but more than enough for a good stay. The best aspect of this hotel is the wide parking area and location. We stayed at this hotel for one night as a part of our tour of Mexico. This hotel needs a serious renovation. All the facilities from the lobby all the way up to the rooms look like you travel back to the 60's. The bedroom is awful and the air conditioning is so loud you cannot sleep at night.
