Amazing hotel to stay
This hotel is so clean, centrally located, and rooms are good size - we got double bed. Shower with good hot water, with a swimming pool. Breakfast is available for extra , we did not add,we did walked to Chili's for breakfast. Quiet where room located. This hotel is so clean, centrally located, and rooms are good size - we got double bed. Shower with good hot water, with a swimming pool. Pathetic and worse
The hotel will not respond to your emails because all the emails bounce back. Their phone reps are absolutely useless. Because of the hurricane last week, we could not make it to the hotel (right during the hurricane). I called them up ahead of time that because of hurricane, we cannot come. No one picked up and noone responded back. I sent emails but all of them kept bouncing back. They will not… The hotel will not respond to your emails because all the emails bounce back. It didn't… We stayed here as part of an organised two-week tour for the Total Eclipse and it was OK at best...and I think I'm being kind. Good, with some minuses
Generally speaking it is a good hotel; I had a spacious room with a good bathroom, very clean. Good breakfast with an ample choice of food, fruit, cakes; I would only complain about the lack of fresh milk, and coffee is really lousy. Fruit juices could be of a better quality. Personnel vary from courteous to quite indifferent. One negative thing: the lobby bar is permanently closed, and the restau… Generally speaking it is a good hotel; I had a spacious room with a good bathroom, very clean.
