Bad service. If the price was 0€ it would be expensive. Initially he said he had no rooms, only luxury rooms for 800 Pesos. I booked a standard room on booking for 400! There is no hot water, unprofessional employees. Rooms lacking cleanliness. Old hotel, the photos are deceiving. Don’t believe the pictures!! Not as advertised!!
The hotel and rooms look nothing like the video or pictures online. 98% false advertisement!!! I have attached pictures. We could not even sleep with the faded spreads on the bed. The hotel was clean and we felt very safe. We were first given a room with a bad air conditioner. They quickly moved us into a larger room and we were very happy the rest of the time. Safe locked car lot for our rental car. No coffee or breakfast but it was fine. Dark and quiet rooms and we slept wonderfully. Sufficient for what we needed
This hotel was relatively basic but had what we needed. Staff were lovely and helpful if we had questions. Bed waa comfy but I'm not a fan of plastic mattress protectors which seem to be common in many Mexican hotels. Good air con in the bedroom. 1 power socket in room which the tv was plugged into - which meant charging devices was a 1-at-a-time deal.
