The rooms weren't bad and the people in the restaurant were very nice but this hotel went without hot water for at least 5 days (I left after that) and lied and told me every day that it was about to be fixed. A Mazatlan Classic Hotel! Been coming here since the 80’s as a California kid. Great for families, weekend trips with the guys, or a fun gataway with your loved one.
