Me, my husabnd went there at Santa Fe if was our first time there , the resort by itself was beautiful , they didnt asked us any securify deposit which was nice , food was excellent , we loved the food , they had great buffet , so many pools there , there are water park for kids and adult so family can go there as well. My wife and I had a disappointing stay at Riu Santa Fe. The rooms were modern and comfortable, and we enjoyed the Riu Party. Check in was at 3pm. We checked in at 3:30. Our room was not ready yet. We were told 30-40 minutes until it was ready and they would send me a text. 1.5 hours passed and we still did not receive a text so we went back to the check in desk and finally got our room.
