El Encanto - Beware!!
Looking at your web site, I feel totally misled, After traveling almost 10 hours to arrive, the hotel was nothing like we expected. It looks beautiful on the website but this is clearly an older version. Instead of beautiful, we found a hotel in mid-renovation with no pool (beautiful in the website), no restaurant and no bar!
