  Got put in this hotel when our aur canada flight was cancelled. So disorganized, people put in rooms with people already in. Our key didn't work, toilet didn't always flush. Huge Crack in bathroom counter. Bed was very hard, asked for pool towel and not given. Spoke poor English.   The City Express was nice hotel for my friends and I to stay at. We got 2 rooms and both rooms were clean and comfortable. The price was very reasonable, given its close proximity to the tourist center. There was a very nice swimming pool and the breakfast was good as well. I intentionally use the word "good" often here.
