Not a high quality all-inclusive Mexican resort
I have stayed in many, many hotels, high end and not so high end, through out Mexico, so take my review with this knowledge. I made the mistake to allow a family member make the reservations because he recommended it and I quickly knew something was different when I checked in. Checked in at 3:00 pm for what was supposed to be 6 days of relaxation and fun. Checked out exactly one hour later after check in. Room was filthy, mold on the ceiling, unidentified stains on the sheets. Hotel staff at front desk completely unprofessional. I booked through Priceline and Priceline would try to get a hold of them and the front desk staff would pick up and hang up.
