I found several staff to be rude. Pools are much smaller than they appear in the photos. Also, people smoking right at the edge of the property and no one made them move. Do not book your trip in this hotel. The room was extremely humid and you can only turn the air on and use electricity while you’re in the room. You need the key to turn on the electricity via key card. It’s weird. The showers don’t drain, the all you can eat buffets are not good. Basic Mexican food. This hotel was not good. Most of the staff were friendly, but the hotel rooms were just horrible. The smell of the bathroom was so bad, it smelled like mold. And the rest of the room smelled like paint the whole time I stayed there. The beach was always crowded and people had glass on the beach. The food was awful, it had no flavor. Place very nice to expend with your family. We loved the daily activities and shows. The staff is very friendly, nice and helpful always . It is clean and the food is great. We don’t have children but it is children friendly, they have their own activities privately so next time we will bring our grandchildren.
