from the reception the people who attend give them slack to make the minimum effort, they have no communication between them

FATAL you have to complain to be taken care of, the only thing it saves is that the food is not bad and the service people are extremely friendly.The people at the reception desk have no communication between shifts, loud and challenging you to report the behavior (morning shift).They seem to do you a favor in attending to yourself, only a couple of people understand that they work in hospitality and attend to you as Camino Real accustoms you. We just went to sleep

We went to a social event and we already arrived at night to sleep. All very well and comfortable. But it's foolish that you have to wait until 3 in the afternoon to register. Clean, Comfortable, and Friendly!I had an absolutely perfect experience at this hotel. • The entire property was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. • The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming, making me feel right at home. • My room was comfortable, quiet, and very tidy, with all the amenities I needed. • Every detail—from check-in to check-out—was smooth and professional.I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay. I just stayed here one night for a business trip with coworkers. Everything seemed fine at check-in: the hotel looks clean and modern, the room looked fine. However, the service is terrible. The staff here simply do not care and do not want to deal with you. Also, you must speak Spanish to get anything you need. I highly recommend avoiding this hotel if you are a foreigner/non-native Spanish speaker. I have travelled a lot around Mexico and speak decent Spanish, and I have never had service this poor at any other hotel. I tried to order room service in my mediocre Spanish, and the woman literally hung up on me after I accidentally threw a few English words in. I tried to call again and she did not answer. When I finally got her back on the phone and placed my order (completely in Spanish), I did not receive everything I was supposed to. I ate at the restaurant twice and it was even worse than the room service experience. With two waiters and one manager working and only two tables occupied, they managed to actively ignore us for half an hour at a time while we were making eye contact and trying to politely get their attention to order or pay the bill. Just astonishing lack of care! To top it all off, I injured my toe on a sharp piece of wood at the bottom of the closet while I was trying to get the ironing board out, and the suitcase stand fell on me because it wasn't stored properly. I really needed antiseptic and a band-aid, but I knew there was no way I could explain what happened to this staff completely in Spanish, nor do I think they would have cared! This was such a bad experience, and when I come back to Celaya, I will stay anywhere but here.
