from the reception the people who attend give them slack to make the minimum effort, they have no communication between them

We went to a social event and we already arrived at night to sleep. All very well and comfortable. But it's foolish that you have to wait until 3 in the afternoon to register. I just stayed here one night for a business trip with coworkers. Everything seemed fine at check-in: the hotel looks clean and modern, the room looked fine. However, the service is terrible. The staff here simply do not care and do not want to deal with you. Also, you must speak Spanish to get anything you need.
