The service was VERY good. Joel was outstanding. Secure valet parking under the building. Very close to a number of highly rated restaurants. We chose this place due to it's proximity to Alcalde.Luxury Mexican bed, meaning quite firm. The pillows were not to my liking and I should have brought mine from home to get a more restful night of sleep. The safe did not work and the WiFi was spotty...was… The service was VERY good. I don't usually complain on the internet, but I'm awake waiting for the restaurant next to the hotel to close, which the hotel receptionist promised me would happen at 1am. The restaurant's music reverberates inside the room like a drum show. I asked to be moved to a quiet room and they simply told me there isn't one. This hotel wins on location, we had reservations at the restaurant Alclade and it is steps away. We would stay here again because of that. However, there were a lot of little things that were inconvenient (in a less than 24 hour stay). No batteries in the tv remote, took 2 hours to fix that problem. Standard room with clear signs of lack of maintenance on doors... nothing that good regular maintenance could solve, but apparently that is not the case here. Well appointed boutique hotel in very good location.Easy access to major sites. Friendly & helpful staff. Welcoming bottle of wine was appreciated.
