  We stayed for a single night. Upon checking out it was noticed that there were two pending transactions showing on my account. When I informed reception I was told only one payment would be taken. Two days later, both charges have cleared my account. The hotel will not explain why it was taken or refund it!   My check-in experience at this hotel has been incredibly frustrating. Despite agreeing to pay extra for early check-in, I find myself still at the reception after several hours with no sign of getting the rooms.   I stayed here for 5 nights, probably longer than I've wanted to. normally when I travel to GDL I stay in another hotel, but I gave sleep inn a chance because of its location, good dining options within walking distance.
