  Very bad overall

  To begin with we arrived at 5 pm and they still did not have ready the room, we had to wait another hour being that check in was at 3 pm, the rooms super small, the safe was not good, there was no shampoo, the dirty room and it looked like it needed maintenance.Once in your room, the people who are passing by don't let you sleep, the walls are very thin or something like that, it's practically like you're outside. For the price I think there are 1000 better options.   Double charged!

  We stayed for a single night. Upon checking out it was noticed that there were two pending transactions showing on my account. When I informed reception I was told only one payment would be taken. Two days later, both charges have cleared my account. The hotel will not explain why it was taken or refund it!   Worst customer service

  My check-in experience at this hotel has been incredibly frustrating. Despite agreeing to pay extra for early check-in, I find myself still at the reception after several hours with no sign of getting the rooms. Numerous checkouts have occurred, and the staff's insistence on no available rooms is perplexing. Manager Rafael Ortiz's rude demeanor has only added to the disappointment. This prolonged delay has significantly impacted my overall experience, and I'm left questioning the efficiency and customer service of this establishment.This so-called manager Rafael Ortiz's handling of the situation was not only unhelpful but also remarkably rude and unprofessional. When I approached him to express my concerns about the extensive delay, his response lacked empathy and understanding. Instead of addressing the issue, he seemed dismissive and displayed a complete disregard for customer service. This level of unprofessionalism from a manager is deeply disappointing and has undoubtedly tainted my perception of the hotel's overall commitment to guest satisfaction.   Better service and cleanliness could do a difference

  I stayed here for 5 nights, probably longer than I've wanted to. normally when I travel to GDL I stay in another hotel, but I gave sleep inn a chance because of its location, good dining options within walking distance. The hotel is new, the price is right and the Wi-fi works very well! however several details could improve, specially cleanliness, the walkways are dusty, the ice bucket in the room with garbage and dusty, in-operational safe, I also reported the lack of towels and wipes at the gym to a lady in the front desk, her response complaining about the housekeeper was unprofessional.. and didn't get the things solved!. Breakfast is ok, but it is supposed to be ready at 7 which is already kind of late for me..., anyway if you arrive 7.05 you'll find the buffet unattended and you need to wait until somebody can serve you, furthermore they don't have have all options ready, maybe if you go 7.20 you'll have better chances . Free Parking is appreciated but it you need to drive very carefully because of its odd design... I give it 3 stars because it is new and the check out was quicker than usual . .. only at check in there is supposed to be someone at ground level to tell you what to do, because you need to take one elevetar to check in at first floor.. nobody was there when I arrived so I had to wait about 5 minutes for someone, then you need to take a different elevator to go to the rooms... so a little impractical Operadora SI, Propietario at Sleep Inn Guadalajara Galerias, responded to this review Dear guest.Thank you very much for your rating and especially for making your comments.
