  My friends and I stayed here for 3 nights and loved how central it was! Our room was very nice and spacious and had a great view! There’s so many cute brunch places nearby and it’s in front of a shopping place. There’s also some cute coffeeshops about a block away, so very convenient location!   Rooms were okay, I’d say a bit under my expectations but they did the job. Location was good front desk staff was very helpful, especially ray. We had a family vacation and Ray was super helpful in driving us around town when we needed rides, he definitely went above and beyond.   This is my hotel of choice every time I go to Guadalajara. It's a great option for business or pleasure, on my own or with my family. Excellent location and super friendly staff, from reception to the housemaids, everyone is kind and has a smile on their faces. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious, well-kept and clean.   We stay here all of the time when visiting Guadalajara. In the past, we stayed at the Hyatt Andares but it’s so expensive and getting an Uber from there is pricey. We love Krystal Urbam Guadalajara because it’s conveniently located to so many great restaurants and shopping within walking distance.   At just under $100USD nightly Krystal Urban Guadalajara is a 4* bargain in the nicest part of Guadalajara.
