LACK OF SIMPLE SERVICES IN THE HOTEL

Alejandra Nieto and Zahara are the best ever

I got hotels. I stayed in 17 hotels in Gro herself, but I gravitate back towards the Hard Rock Guadalajara because some people including folks like Alejandra Nieto sup of the frontdesk and Zahara and Gabriel, Ivan and Gustavo and the rest and they’re all amazing people and I tell you right now there’s no better customer service in the world in this place. I’ve been everywhere in the world so pleas… I got hotels. Bitts staff are an example of great service

Nelson and Alfonso at Bitts (pool area) were absolutely AMAZING they are extremely attentive and friendly. Food was really good, specifically the fries! I would be back to this hotel based solely on my experience with the pool area staff!
