Broken air conditioning, terrible service, long wait to get a habitable room
I would not book another stay again with city express plus hotels.In short, the hotel is not worth the price for what you get. The lounge smells like used cooking oil, the restrooms reek of urine, and my room had its A/C system malfunctioning.From the moment we entered our room we were hit with a wave of warm air. Hotter than outside. Great hotel for the cost and convenience
We needed a couple days before our next destination and were told to book this hotel. It was very comfortable and clean and the staff was very helpful. I would recommend this hotel. Bad customer service experience
They had some guests from a high school on a field trip. The kids where knocking on th walls, doors and running through the hallway. I called the front desk no one showed up. I went outside and talked to the teenagers and told them to stop. Finally the teacher showed up and had a talk with the students. Great location, good service, good venue. I recommended if you are going to Guadalajara Expo for an event. Many useful services and restaurants around. Very easy to check in and check out.
