  I would like to thank the staff of Becquer hotel for all their attention during the events of February 22. The staff supported us 100% in all aspects, especially with the food, remembering that they do not have a restaurant itself, since they only have breakfast supplies that are served every morning. Still, they did their best and fed us because they knew we had no options. Thank you very much and a greeting to everyone who had to live this sad experience.   Expecting heaven and arriving to hell

  I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your hotel in Guadalajara. My family and I arrived on November 20, 2024, at approximately 11:45 PM after a long flight, expecting a comfortable and clean place to rest. Unfortunately, the conditions of the room we were assigned were far from acceptable.Upon entering the room, we were immediately dismayed by the following issues:- Stains and small debris on the white cover sheets- Food crumbs scattered on the floor- Multiple strands of hair both on the floor and inside the refrigerator- A dirty refrigerator- Liquid stains on the floorGiven the unsanitary state of the room, we requested either a different room or for the current room to be cleaned. However, the evening attendant or manager informed us that no rooms were available and that the cleaning staff was off-duty. As a result, at 12:20 AM, my family (which includes my wife and two young children, aged 10 and 3) had no choice but to leave the hotel and seek accommodations elsewhere.To date, eight days later, I have yet to receive a refund for the room or any communication from the management to apologize or address this situation. Even Travelocity, whom I contacted for assistance, has been unable to get in touch with your team despite multiple attempts.This lack of follow-up is extremely disappointing and concerning. The absence of proper customer service, particularly in light of the substandard room conditions, has left a very negative impression of your hotel.Given this experience, I will unfortunately be unable to recommend Hotel Becquer to others. I hope you will take the necessary steps to rectify this issue and restore trust in your establishment.

  Nice New Modern Hotel

  The hotel was new and modern. The rooftop garden was very nice. We could relax there and had a panoramic view of the city. Across the street and within walking distance we found a few restaurants. Breakfast was simple but okay: some sweet bread/pastry, eggs made to order, coffee/tea, juice was usually a fruit juice like orange, and a "jugo verde" - basically a "green juice" of vegetables and fruits. Also some cereals and yoghurts.The breakfast menu mentioned fresh fruits but on the first morning there wasn't any until we were just leaving. Nothing at all the second morning when we started breakfast later at 8am. The coffee on the second day was just warm so I had to ask for a new cup.Since we made the reservation through Booking.com, I had written a similar review at their website.

  Excellent service, breakfast and view . Very helpful service people . Accommodating and very helpful. Trust worthy. Centrally located and many walking distance restaurants near by . Rooms clean and nice
