    Terrible. Service is horrible. Nothing like the pictures looks how it is. Downtown is 20 min away. Nothing around where you can walk up to.

    As a Marriott Bonvoy Elite member and a current Marriott associate, I have come to expect a consistent level of service and hospitality across all Marriott properties. Unfortunately, my experience at this location has been extremely disappointing and does not reflect the standards Marriott is known for.From the moment I arrived, it was evident that the property is severely short-staffed. The front desk staff in particular have been rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help with even the most basic guest needs. Any interaction feels like an inconvenience to them, and there is a clear lack of hospitality or guest care throughout the hotel.Additionally, the property was overbooked during my stay. Despite having a confirmed reservation, the room type I booked was not available at check-in. There was no apology, compensation, or even a simple gesture of goodwill offered — something that should be a basic courtesy, especially for loyal Bonvoy members.The “breakfast included” with the stay is incredibly limited — just cold cereal and yogurt, which barely qualifies as a proper continental breakfast. It’s disappointing to see this being promoted as a benefit when it clearly does not meet expectations.The offsite parking situation only adds to the frustration. Parking is not located in a secure or finished structure, and it is inconveniently placed away from the hotel. For guests arriving late or traveling alone, this setup feels neither safe nor guest-friendly.Overall, this stay has been a major letdown. As someone who works within the Marriott brand, I can say with certainty that this property does not represent what we strive for in guest experience. I hope Marriott Corporate addresses these issues promptly. Until then, I cannot recommend this location and would advise other travelers to consider alternative options in the area.

    Worst hotel I ever stayed!

    The worst hotel we have ever stayed in, the sheets were dirty hair all over the sheets we contacted front desk all they did was give us sheets for us to change them. The second day they didn’t clean the room it was 8pm and the room still was dirty and they had a private event at the pool which we were not allowed to use the pool. Customer service is very poor dishes on the hallways dirty sheets everything is extra charge I guess getting clean sheet is an extra fee we paid over 500 to stay 2 nights at this place. I can take my business somewhere else stay away from this hotel.

    I feel for the staff. This place is severely understaffed! The current staff are running around like crazy trying to meet the demands of the guests. Management at check in are also extremely rude! Hire more people your rooms are too expensive to not have daily room cleaning
