The worst hotel we have ever stayed in, the sheets were dirty hair all over the sheets we contacted front desk all they did was give us sheets for us to change them. The second day they didn’t clean the room it was 8pm and the room still was dirty and they had a private event at the pool which we were not allowed to use the pool. I feel for the staff. This place is severely understaffed! The current staff are running around like crazy trying to meet the demands of the guests. Management at check in are also extremely rude!
