We had a great time snorkeling, scuba diving, bicycling, and a little relaxing too. Everyone was friendly. Our room was very clean and had everything we needed. The Explorean is a nice quiet retreat away from the more lively atmosphere of the Fiesta Americana. We loved the excursions, especially El Cielo. Pros: Amazing snorkeling and sea view at Fiesta with friendly staff throughout both properties & a variety of places to eat. It was also terrific to have daily excursion opportunities led by outstanding tour guides. Note: next time I might pay to book a couple of private excursions in order to maximize my time spent on the fun parts of the outings :)Room for improvement: 1.
