Not bad, it looked as if everywhere we went in the Caribbean side a lot of neglect.
A bit neglected but not bad if you’re bringing a furry friend. Please don’t get me wrong, the neglect is everywhere we traveled through from Yucatán to Quintana Roo. We stayed here for 2 nights - reserving a standard queen sized room. Our room was high up on the 3rd floor with a balcony that offered a view of the water. The balcony had one extremely weathered stool that looked like you would get splinters if you to used it to sit on. I would like to share my experiences.1. I had booked for a Queen or 2 Queen beds. I received a Double and a Single bed. While checking in, an employee told the front desk to change my room since I'm only booking one night.2. The bathroom drainage was poorly done. Great Hotel and Location
I loved the property, it has a creative, colorful, fun ambience. The staff was great, the location was even better. One block off the beach a little south in the town.
