Perfect for beach holidaymakers, families, young people and singles, this resort is situated on a main road in Cancun, right by the sea. It is about 17 km to the centre.
The resort was renovated in 2024. 32 junior suites, 80 suites and 330 double rooms are available to guests in a 6-storey main building and an auxiliary building. At the air-conditioned resort, guests are welcomed in the lobby with -hour reception desk and a -hour check-in/check-out service. Guests who have booked all-inclusive will receive a welcome drink. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a currency exchange service and a cash machine. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for no extra charge. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service (on request and for a fee), a car hire service, a transfer service, translation services, room service (for a fee), a laundry service, a hairdresser, a page service and a hotel doctor. A business centre with projector, a flip chart and pens and photocopier is available. Larger events can be organised with the help of the conference service.
Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. Guests are sure to get a good night's sleep in the king-size bed. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. Other features include a telephone, a TV and WiFi (no extra charge). A selection of pillows ensures a comfortable stay. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, yoga, aerobics and pilates. Various wellness options, such as a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a beauty salon, massage treatments, hydrotherapy treatments and anti-ageing treatments, are offered for a fee. In the complex offers excellent facilities for leisure and relaxation, including an entertainment programme, a kids' club, live music, a casino and a nightclub.
Dining facilities include a café and a bar. A number of specialities await guests in the air-conditioned, non-smoking restaurant. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive can be booked. Special extras for all-inclusive holidaymakers include, for example, non-alcoholic beverages, gluten-free meals, children's meals and vegan food. For breakfast, lunch and dinner, guests serve themseves at the buffet or choose their preferred fare from the menu (for lunch and dinner). Diet meals, vegetarian dishes and lactose-free food can be prepared on request. The resort also offers snacks. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. For guests, alcoholic beverages are included.
