The resort is located in the heart of Cancún's famous hotel zone on the best beach in the city. It is only fifteen minutes away from the downtown area and 20 minutes from Cancún International Airport. It is also close to the best shopping malls, restaurants and nightlife this city has to offer.
The resort has a lift and features 285 rooms. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Rooms feature a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Air conditioning, central heating and a fan ensure comfortable indoor temperatures. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. An entertainment programme and live music are also options for entertainment.
Dining facilities include a dining room, a café and a bar. Guests can indulge their palates at the non-smoking restaurant, which features air conditioning and a separate area for smokers. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Catering options include bed and breakfast and all-inclusive. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available. Diet meals, gluten-free meals and vegetarian dishes can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. The resort offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
