This beach hotel is located in the north of Cancún, at the tip of the seaside fishing village of Puerto Juarez, a little and quiet village of fishermen and gateway to Isla Mujeres. The centre of Canún is 15-20 minutes by car and the international airport is 40 minutes away.
Guests have a choice of 107 junior suites and 53 suites located in a 4-storey main building and a 3-storey auxiliary building. This complex has a lift and a 24-hour reception desk. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe provides secure storage for guests' personal property. A range of wellness facilities, such as a spa, hydrotherapy treatments and a solarium, are offered at the complex. For a fee, guests can also take advantage of a sauna, a steam bath and massage treatments. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club and live music.
Various dining options are available, including a café and a bar. Delicious specialities await guests in 4 non-smoking, air-conditioned restaurants. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board, full board and all-inclusive. For breakfast (continental), lunch, and dinner, guests serve themselves at the buffet or choose their favourite dishes from the à la carte options (for dinner). Diet meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. For guests, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included.
