Great stay in Punta Diamante, very close to the airport. Overall the hotel is a good alternative in the area. What was really good was the service of the personnel, specially Sergio in lobby who made our check-in process very smooth and warm. Lucero, our waitress in Carnivore, Asunción in Marche and Beto around the pool, and Vicente in Scala Beach Club. This hotel was listed at 5 stars. On a postive note our room was ok and the bed was comfortable. That's where it ends. Being it was as an all inclusive. The food was pretty bad in quality and taste. If they offer you dinner at the Italian restaurant don't do it. We made that mistake. The room was comfortable and a great size. Unfortunately they did not have enough staff working during breakfast hours which meant a long wait for a table (40 minutes) and lines for the different stations. The staff were friendly.
