Bars and nightclubs are to be found within 3 km, and various shopping facilities are located about 20 minutes by car from the hotel. Guests will reach the centre of Acapulco in about 25 km, and the airport in only 1 km.

i was very disappointed with the reservation desk. i needed to call many times to reserve another night. When I called the 0 number I could not understand because of the talking in the background. After calling 3 or 4 times I finally got my reservation. After I received a phone call asking me if I had reserved and with who. I was very stressed. I finally went to the front desk. All rooms in the hotel have incredible views, all personnel are great, they offer great service. Hotel is built on a mountain, so access to rooms or pool/sea is through jeep service, they pick you up, service is fast and great. Great place to stay at Acapulco . I recommend to rent a car at the airport . Surely you’ll get a good deal . Cheaper to go to and from at the hotel . Taxis are really expensive . Buy some water , juice , wine and some. Munchies on the way in order to have them handy at your house . Great hotel and service! Enjoyed the private pool, beach club and food service. Breakfast is great too! I also loved the sunset bar and jeeps that took you from place to place.
