This hotel is situated in a bay, approximately 100 m from the beach. The International Airport is just 15 min south of the hotel, and the Costera Miguel Alemán and Acapulco's downtown area are located 15 min north of the hotel.

10 suites, 71 single rooms and 75 double rooms are available to guests in a 5-storey main building and 7 auxiliary buildings. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A safe, a currency exchange service and a cash machine are available. Wireless internet access in public areas (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected. The resort has wheelchair-accessible facilities and 4 lifts. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for a fee. Surprised for lack of Maintenance Camino Real

I love Acapulco, I had stayed before in many Camino Real Hotels around México, And always had a good experience with her facilities and service. The lack of maintenance in the rooms, building and spaces, shocked me a bit. Definitely I won’t go back to this Camino Real, the fridge was not working, the air conditioning was working, but some parts of the air conditioners were not working. The floors… I love Acapulco, I had stayed before in many Camino Real Hotels around México, And always had a good experience with her facilities and service. The lack of maintenance in the rooms, building and spaces, shocked me a bit. Definitely I won’t go back to this Cam…

Overpriced for what we got

Hotel is in bad shape, elevator has been out for 48 hours. I'm on an 8th floor. No need for further comment. No hot water for fthree days, no runing water on the shower. I has been reported on daily baisis, it took them for days to get the hot water and but the shower bearly drips water. No fixing for that. Staff is friendly if somenthing positive can be rescued.
