  Good but they don't accept any credit cards in this hotel

  Please be aware that this hotel does NOT accept ANY credit cards for payment. Expedia says they accept visa - but the notice on their front desk says they cannot accept any credit cards. Really bad situation when you find this out and don't have ready access to cash in Mauritania to pay for your stay as you were expecting to pay by visa.   Great boutique hotel in the center of Nouakchott

  A surprise find on TripAdvisor with lots of good reviews so I booked this hotel during my visit. As what other comments mentioned it is a great boutique hotel located in the center of Nouakchott. The room is big, clean, a bit of luxurious European deco and the bed is comfortable. The rate is also decent as well. If I come to Nouakchott again in the future, I will stay here again.   This quaint brand new boutique hotel is a haven in Nouakchott. Reception is efficient, my room was pristine clean and comfortable with fast Wi-Fi and all the facilities you would expect in a world-class 4 star hotel.   We stayed in a suite for four nights. Breakfast was ample but we missed our fruit. We dined-in on two nights and enjoyed the experience. Staff and management were friendly and any requests were promptly addressed. No hesitation in recommending the Semiramis.   Small, modern hotel, nice spacious rooms, excellent staff

  I stayed for 4 days. The hotel appears to be fairly new and has most amenities, and is centrally located. Well decorated. AC works well, and the rooms are clean. Very helpful and friendly staff. The hotel provides a free shuttle to get around town, restaurants, airport, etc. Breakfast was fit for purpose, as was wifi.
