Located south of Terengganu and just a minute's walk from the city centre, this resort is fringed by a 7.6 km private beach. It is the ideal pied-à-terre to take advantage of all the wonders of Kijal.

The resort has a lift and features 363 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car (no extra charge). This was by far the most infuriating, disgraceful experience I’ve ever had with any hotel, and I travel often. Resorts World Kijal is a complete scam operation hiding behind rigid policies and robotic customer service.I accidentally booked the wrong date (Booking ID: 1922513654, August 19 to 20, 2025). The moment I realized it, I immediately rebooked the correct date, which was August 2, 2025. This is our 3rd stay at this resort. We like it. Best place for stopover for 1-2 nights when you travel from KL to Terengganu. Seaview room is clean and comfortable. linens and towels white and soft. A hotel living on its history and the fact that there is little competition. I have been staying at this hotel on business trips for the past 12 years.
