Worst hotel experience
Absolutely worst hotel service. Called room service on 1 May around 7pm for something simple - a bucket of ice - and was rudely told there are “many guests” and I would have to wait. Sure, that was fine with me. Except the ice never came. I tried calling again…

Great stay
Overall great stay. We book premium suite. Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. It just that the lift is very limited in number. We have to wait for some time to get to lobby or room.

the bed was super comfy, even the breakfast are so delicious such as feast. we enjoyed it so much. looking forward to stay there again in the future when we come around there.
