This hotel is located by the sea on the south coast of Johor, facing Singapore Island. Johor is the southernmost coastal state, known as the "Southern Gateway of the Malaysian Peninsular". The hotel is only a 5 minute drive from the main business centre, the railway station, the Johor Bahru-Singapore Causeway, the Johor Tourist Information Centre and the Royal Museum. It is a 45 minute drive to Sultan Ismail Airport, Senai, Johor Bahru and a 1 hour drive to Changi International Airport, Singapore.
