Very friendly staff, ease of check in process, great breakfast. everyone makes you feel at home. i enjoyed everything. When i arrived i was battling with sinuses, they went out of their way to give me a room with tiles and not carpet, for me that made me feel seen and valued. The Sunbird Capital hotel, located along Chilembwe road, opposite Bingu wa Mutharika International Convention Centre, is a high end hotel and lodge with a serene and beautiful atmosphere.
