Thanks to the City Gate hotel staff, especially Oksana. Our bus from Belarus arrived earlier than expected. They gave us a room free of extra charge before the official check-in time. Great service, awesome breakfast, clean rooms, city center, public transportation to/from the airport.

The clue is in the name "City Gate". This hotel enjoys an ideal location just outsite a city gate, consequently all the old town sights are within easy walking distance. It's also an easy walk to the bus and rail station with good links to the airport, only seven minutes by train. Although well appointed the building has a certain charm, We went both up and then downstairs to our room ( there is a lift). It's spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We had a room only stay, so did not sample the breakfast. There are plenty of options nearby, including the old covered market. Overall it provided excellent value, I would not hesitate to return, thanks.

Nice hotel with good location near Old town in a quiet area. Spacius rooms with fridge and good storing. Well priced. Lovely breakfast with a lot to choose from. We hade a great time and I recommend to stay here when you visit Vilnius.

We loved the location but aside from that it was subpar. Customer service was extremely lacking. Rude front desk attendents. Asked about air con and was told it's not hot enough. I guess they are the judge of your comfort zone. Beds are so hard and should be replaced. Room had funky smell. Was disappointed with most of this hotel. I guess you get what you pay for.

Hotel very near the Gates of Dawn, which leads down toward the centre of town. Lots of places to eat and visit.Hotel put on good continental breakfast with loads to eat. I had double room and it was very comfortable, shower spotless . Had a great nights sleep and personally would recomend staying here, it cost me €100 for 2 nights.
